Leveling Machine
Characteristics:
W43NC series multi-roller leveler is specially applied for metal plate and belt material leveling,and to level the cold roughness plate.It can be used as part of the production line for rolling mills to de-coil,level and cut belt materials or pre-treat the metal plates.This machine can not only be used with other machine but also can be individually used.The machine adopts a split frame structure.The lower working roller is fixed on the lower foundation while the upper working roller is fixed to the moveable beam,which can move up and down or to a certain angle to adapt to the leveling of metal plates of various thickness.To assure the leveling precision both upper and lower rollers have supporting rollers.The upper and lower rollers are both active rollers,driven by integrated planetary reducers.
It is electrically PLC programmable controlled and has functions such as touch panel display the adjustable volume,automatic parameters setting,intelligent fault diagonosis,multiple-point strike and strong anti-deviation ability.With such characteristics as high precison,energy-efficiency,low noise,less land occupation and easy maintenance,it is an ideal metal plate leveling machine.It applies to metallurgy,shipbuilding,thermal power,muclear power,wind power,boilers,oil,chemicals,electrical & mechanical vehicles,bridges,metal structure machinery building and decoration.
